Evans Service Company, LLC is a full-service third party energy code inspection firm dedicated to providing Energy Code inspections in the D/FW area in a timely manner so as not to hold up your construction process.
We have been in business in the Dallas/Fort Worth area since June 2003 and perform energy code inspections on both residential & commercial projects. No project is too big or too small!
Effective 10/01/2013 we are registered with the City of Dallas for third party Green review and inspections in Dallas on ALL RESIDENTIAL projects and COMMERCIAL projects for Green Phase II.
We are also available for consultation and have inspectors with expertise in many areas of the building trade.

Energy Code compliance is where our roots are but we have grown over the years to offer other services which we feel are beneficial to our customers. Please see the complete list of services offered (above).
Our inspectors are certified by the International Code Council (ICC).
We can also generate the compliance documentation (ComCheck/ResCheck/IC3) for your projects. Most cities are now requiring this documentation when applying for a Building Permit. We offer twenty-four hour turn around time on Energy Code Compliance documentation if requested. Green Plan Reviews and documentation are not eligible for the twenty-four hour turn time.
